The Bayer National Scrabble Championship 2013 will be held at the Willingdon Catholic Gymkhana (Khar), Mumbai from 24-26 May 2013. Please go ahead with your travel plans. Details below:
Date and Time: 24th, 25th & 26th of May 2013 (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Venue: Willingdon Catholic Gymkhana, Church Avenue, Near Khar Subway, Santacruz (West) Mumbai – 400 054
Divisions: 1) Premier(SAI Rating of 1250 & above)
2) Open (SAI Rating below 1250 and unrated players)
Please note: Players with SAI rating between 1000 to 1250 can opt to play in the Premier division. If the number of players is odd in the premier division then the highest rated player in the open division would fill in the last slot of the premier division.
Format: 26 rounds
First 13 rounds (Australian Draw format) / Last 13 rounds (King of the Hill format)

Entry Fee: Rs 1500 for SAI Members and Rs 1700 for Non-SAI Members
The entry fee includes lunch, tea & snacks for all the 3 days of the tournament.

• Participants reaching the venue after 9.30 a.m would not be allowed to participate in the tournament
• Participants must register in advance to take part in the tournament
