Important Points and Clarifications:
- All participants who register after 15th September 2024, will pay in cash at the venue.
- Lower rated players (<350 WESPA or <600 SAI) will be allowed to play in either division, Cup or Plate, however they must have tournament experience to play in the Cup division.
- Age category criteria:
- Under 16 (born 01-01-2009 or later)
- Under 14 (born 01-01-2011 or later)
- Under 12 (born 01-01-2013 or later)
- Under 10 (born 01-01-2015 or later)
- Under 8 (born 01-01-2017 or later)
Accommodation Details:
The venue, Vishwa Yuvak Kendra, has 35 rooms on their premises (Single/ Double/ Triple occupancy). The room tariffs (inclusive of breakfast and applicable taxes) are:
Single/Double – US$ 35 / INR 3000 per night
Triple (double room with extra bed) –US$ 50 / INR 4050 per night
There are also 20 Dormitories with 6 beds in each dorm. The dorms are basic rooms with shared bathrooms on each floor.
Dormitory –US$10 / INR 800 per bed per night
