15 games to be played of 50 minutes each, 5 point penalty for challenge, player does not lose a turn.

Boards, Tiles, Timers to be provided by the organizers. All participants to carry their own racks,
scoresheets.

Rs 1500 for all SAI members
Rs 2000 for non-members
Fees inclusive of rating fees, 15 games, Scrabble equipment, Hot water kettle with Tea Coffee Mixers.
Please note that no food/snacks to be provided. Venue has a food court attached and complex has 8 restaurants. Participants can avail the facilities during breaks.
Reporting time is 9am on 21st November, 2026. First game to start at 9.30am sharp.
Prize Pool:
Subject to number of participants.
Tournament Fees are 1500 Rs.out of which 500 will go towards venue rent and rating fees.
1000 Rs will go to the Prize Pool. So, if we have 20 participants, Prize pool will be 20,000 and so on.

1st Floor, Food Court Banquet.
Venue is 8 mins away from the railway station and 15 to 20 mins away from the airport. It takes upto 10 mins for autos and cabs to arrive at the pick up area. Playing venue is a 4 min walk from the pickup/drop area.
Plan your return travel after 6.00pm on 22nd November. Prize distribution will be done by then.
