The Bark, an Art Hotel in Lonavla, Maharashtra is once again the tournament venue for our precious participants.
Registration Fees:

This Registration Fees includes:
1) 2 nights’ accommodation.
2) Breakfast 2 days, Lunch 3 days, High tea 3 days and Dinner 2 nights.
3) Tournament fees (no separate tourney registration fees to be paid).
4) Minimum assured cash prize of ₹2000 for each player at the end of the tournament.

Please note:
- Only Players with a SAI Rating of 600 and above are eligible to participate in this Team tournament.(Ratings post the Vadodara tourney 2025 will be considered for team formation)
- Games will begin by 11am on Friday, 7th November and finish by 5pm, Sunday 9th November.
- Non-playing friends/Spouses can avail of stay plus meals at an additional charge of ₹9000 on twin sharing basis.
- Please inform us beforehand if a non-playing member will be joining in as there only a few rooms available with this option.
- Those looking to check in on Thursday, 6th November and/or check out on Monday 10th November will be charged an additional:
₹2000 pp for triple occupancy, ₹2500 pp for twin sharing and ₹4500 per night for single occupancy (Inclusive of all meals). This payment to be made in cash at the venue.
